Another effective homemade remedy includes boiling 2 ounces of Sophora root and one crushed garlic clove in 1.5 kilograms of water. After boiling, allow the mixture to cool, and then place it into a container. When your bird bathes, add approximately 0.25 kilograms of this solution to the bathwater. After the bath, use the same solution to clean the cage thoroughly. This method, when applied twice, can effectively eliminate the parasites.
