Furthermore, Chinese Green Snakes are sensitive to environmental conditions, especially temperature and humidity. They prefer humid environments with temperatures between 70-80% humidity and room temperatures between 22-27 degrees Celsius. They are mainly active during the day and are often found in damp forests, grasslands, or suburban roads. When threatened in the wild, they quickly escape. 1. Head Raising and Mouth Opening

It is normal for a Chinese Green Snake to raise its head and adjust its jaw after eating. It is best to avoid individuals exhibiting this behavior, as their chances of survival are low.

2. Extreme Thinness
